A guide to playing poker!
Poker is not only the game of chance; but it also requires skills and strategies to win the game. You need to be patient and quick learner to be a consistent winner. There are etiquettes one should follow in the poker table. Never try rushing your game. Try to be quiet when you are playing, because you never know what you might be revealing to your fellow players. Try to use your chips as decently as possible, and don’t try to splash or throw them on the table.
There are few skills you need to understand before you start playing poker. The most important choice you have to make is choosing the right table for yourself. Many beginners fail to do that and ended up losing the game in the first day, which sometimes can be discouraging. So try to choose a right table to begin. You need to learn the odd calculating process. The game is all about probability. So you need to learn the technique and above all you need to be patience to win in long term.
In poker you have to understand the correct` hand value of yours. You cards can value you more than others. Poker hand rankings follow like this:
I am stating those ranking as they value,
Royal flush: a hand made of five cards of same suit, Ten, Jack, Queen, King and Ace. This hand is the highest value hand and can not be beaten.
Straight flush: any five card sequence of same suit, say Two, Five, Nine, Jack and King.
Four of a kind: all four cards of the same index, for example four set of King
Full house: a full house is when you have three of a kind and a pair, for example three of Queens and a pair of six.
Flush: any five cards of the same suits, but not in the sequence. For example, suit is Hearts and cards are Two, Four, Ten, Jack and Ace.
Straight: five cards in sequence but not of the same suits. For example two to six.
Three of a kind: three cards of the same rank, for example three Queens
Two pairs: two separate pairs, like a pair of nine and pair of King
Pair: two cards of the same rank, like a pair of King
Highest card: the highest card in your hand.
These are the value of your cards, but to play a good game you need understand the opponent’s psychology, have to count quick odds etc. concentrate and play a good game and enjoy.

Poker is one of the world’s all time favorite gambling card game. However, for most of us, to be able to legally gamble with poker, we’d need to travel to Vegas, or another location with legal poker tables.
That is true but it you should be sweet if your just playing a game with your family/friends.
Poker is the game of skills and strategies to win the game. Poker is also very interesting game to play also.
